      采用苯酚-三聚氰胺脲醛(PMUF)树脂及其与硼、硅化物的复合改性剂(PMUF-B、PMUF-Si)浸渍处理人工林杨木。结果表明:与未处理材相比,PMUF、PMUF-B及PMUF-Si三种改性材的密度、抗弯性能、硬度均显著提高,吸湿率和吸水率显著降低,抗胀率均在50%以上,冲击韧性略有降低,氧指数均提高1倍以上,甲醛释放量均≤0.3 mg/L,总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)释放率均≤0.20 mg/(m2?h),耐腐性能显著提高。

      Samples of poplar wood were respectively impregnated with Phenol-Melamine-Urea- Formaldehyde resin (PMUF), PMUF-boron (PMUF-B) compound and PMUF-silicon (PMUF-Si) compound, which were prepared by the authors at their laboratory. Results showed the density, MOE, MOR, hardness of the samples were increased, meanwhile, moisture absorption rate and water uptake rate were reduced. The anti-swelling efficiency of the modified wood samples was above 50%. The impact toughness of the modified wood samples was slightly decreased. The oxygen index of the modified wood samples was above one time higher than the controlled samples. The formaldehyde emissions of the modified wood samples were lower than 0.3 mg/L. The total volatile organic compounds of the modified wood samples were lower than 0.20 mg/(m2?h). The decay resistance of the modified wood samples was significantly improved.
