      基于分模块控制系统理论,设计锯材分拣检测装置,以单片机为主控单元,多传感器和触点开关为反馈信息 输入,协调控制多个电机,实现锯材的输送、分拣和检测。样机试运转表明,装置对锯材分拣、颜色和厚度异常检 测等性能可靠,有助于提高锯材分拣、检测的自动化程度和生产效率。
英文摘要:
      Based on the sub module control system design, a sawn timber sorting device was designed and developed. A single chip microcomputer, which controls transportation, separation and detection of sawn timber was used as the main control unit with multi sensors and contact switches as feedback information input. The test results showed that the prototype is reliable in separating sawn timber and detecting uneven colored and off-sized timber, which is helpful of improving automation and production efficiency of sawn timber sorting and detection.
