      1m3 气候箱法是人造板甲醛释放量测定的主要方法之一。为探究检测过程中的误差来源,提高测量结果的准 确度,从1m3 气候箱法检出限及不确定度等方面进行研究。结果表明:50 mm 光程比色皿的检出限较低,适宜后续 甲醛释放量测试时采用;对于低甲醛释放量的人造板样品,重复测量引入的不确定度对总体不确定度的贡献最大。

      The 1m3 climate chamber method is one of the main and important tools to determine formaldehyde emissions from wood-based panels. In order to improve the accuracy of test results, the detection limits and uncertainty of the 1m3 climate chamber method were studies. The results showed that the detection limit of a 50 mm optical path colorimeter was not very high, which would be suitable for following formaldehyde emission tests. As for wood-based panels with low formaldehyde emissions, the uncertainty derived from duplicated measurements took a major contribution to the overall uncertainty.
