      :针对单级PID 算法在人造板连续压机温度控制中存在的问题,以串级积分分离PID 算法为基础,开发包含主、 副控制回路的温度控制系统,并设计模块化控制程序和监控界面。现场测试结果表明,串级积分分离PID 算法利用 主、副控制回路的协同作用,提高压机热压温度的控制精度,体现出较好的实际应用价值。
英文摘要:
      The Integral Separation PID Cascade Algorithm was adopted to develop a temperature control system including two control loops (major and minor) for continuous-presses of wood-based panels, in order to solve problems of using Single-stage PID Algorithm method. Meanwhile, the modular control program and monitoring interface were also designed accordingly. The trial tests showed that the accuracy of hot press temperatures were significantly improved due to the synergistic effect of the major and minor control loops.
