      采用自制水性UV 木器涂料涂饰木材,探讨涂料固体含量、涂膜厚度对涂料干燥时间与涂膜性能的影响。结 果表明:相同涂膜厚度下,涂料固体含量增大,干燥时间缩短,水分挥发速率增大明显;涂膜厚度增加,干燥时间 延长。干燥温度35 ℃、涂料固体含量80%、涂膜厚度60 μm 时,干燥时间约4 min,涂膜硬度达2H、附着力1 级、 磨耗值0.089 g/100 r,满足GB/T 18103-2013《实木复合地板》的要求。

      A UV-waterborne wood coating was prepared. Effects of coating solid contents and thicknesses on drying time and film performance of the coating were studied. The results showed that the film drying time decreased and moisture volatilization rate of the coatings increased, when coating solid contents increased and coating thicknesses kept the same. As the coating thickness increased, the film drying time extended. At the conditions of 35 ℃ drying temperature, 80% of the solid coating content and 60 μm-thickness, the film drying time was 4 minutes. The hardness, adhesion and wear resistance value of the coating film could meet the requirements of Chinese Standard of GB/T 18103-2013 for engineered wood flooring.
